Product description
The EasyClean-Pan® facade elements consist of an insulation core coated with a physiologically harmless GRP face sheet on the inside (room side) and a coated steel face sheet on the outer side (weather side). This composite sandwich element can be used to create exterior wall or ceiling components of buildings whose interiors are subject to the highest hygiene requirements when in use. This material mix combined with the hard KL25 joint sealant from ECP enables the unbeatably cost-efficient, single-shell construction of a permanently hygienic building envelope.
Application
EasyClean-Pan®Facade means you can have single-shell exterior walls and ceilings with durable and “jointless” interior surfaces, making them easy to maintain. It is particularly suitable for areas with the highest hygiene classification, which are usually subject to frequent wet cleaning. At the same time, the EasyClean-Pan®Facade meets high thermal insulation requirements.
Examples:
- Single skin facade/building envelope for food-processing rooms
- Suspended ceilings
- Ripening chambers
- Cleanrooms
- Wet rooms, wash halls
