GFRP-Coated PU Steel Sandwich Panel for Maximum Hygiene and Insulation Performance
Our EasyClean-KombiPan combines the proven advantages of standard PU steel sandwich panels with the added durability of a high-quality FRP coating (FRP = Fiber Reinforced Plastic). By retrofitting the steel sandwich panels with physiologically safe FRP top layers, self-supporting construction elements are created that meet the highest standards of hygiene, corrosion resistance, and cleanability.
Our premium product range of high-quality FRP surfaces is now called GlasPro®. Specifically developed for demanding hygienic environments, the non-porous, chemical-resistant and UV-resistant surfaces can be tailored to a wide range of requirements – from smooth or embossed finishes to specialised coatings for the highest hygiene standards. For less demanding areas, we will continue to offer a more cost-effective alternative called Basic.
When combined with the robust KL 25 Hard Joint, the system delivers a long-lasting, easy-to-clean surface – ideal for high-use environments with strict hygiene requirements.
