EasyCrashStop Impact Protection Strip

EasyCrashStop offers a hygienic and long-lasting solution for protecting wall surfaces from mechanical damage. Specifically developed for use with our EasyClean-Pan® insulation and renovation elements, these wall strips increase the impact resistance of GFRP panel systems in areas where frequent contact and collisions are expected. The strips are made of durable 5 mm thick GFRP (Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic) and are applied directly to the panel surface – seamlessly and without joints. Chamfered edges help reduce potential hygiene weak points.

Application

EasyCrashStop wall protection strips are ideal for safeguarding highly exposed wall areas in food production and processing environments. They provide a simple, reliable, and hygienic barrier against impact damage – particularly from hand trolleys and other light to medium-duty impacts. For areas with heavy-duty traffic, such as forklift routes, we recommend using additional conventional impact protection systems.
